No. As much as we love them, given that much of the festival is hosted indoors, pets are not allowed to enter the festival premises.

Tickets can be purchased on this website via card payment and on the days of the event by card or cash. Please note that we cannot guarantee that tickets will be available on the event days, since the numbers of attendees is limited to the venue capacity.
Your ticket will be sent to the email address you provided upon purchase. You will also receive a confirmation sms on your phone number. When checking in to the event, you must have your e-ticket printed out or on the phone.
No worries. You can email us from the same email address as the one you used to purchase the ticket and we will resend it. You’ll have to provide your personal details in the email.
Yes. Upon showing us your ID and e-ticket, you will be given a wristband that works as a festival pass. Since your personal details are on the e-ticket, no one except you can use it to enter the festival and get the wristband.
If you can’t make it to the festival, you can sell or give your pass for someone else to attend. In this case, you have to email us from the email used to purchase the ticket and tell us the name and email address of the person you’re selling or giving the ticket to. We will then notify them and send over the e-ticket. Please note that tickets holder names can only be changed once. No changes can be processed after October 15th, 2023.
No. Cancelling a purchased ticket and money refund is not possible.
Yes, you can record and take photos with your phone only. No professional cameras are allowed and all recorded materials should be used solely for social media related to the event and not for commercial purposes.
Yes, there will be alcohol on the premises.
Yes, the festival hosts a generous food and drinks area for a wide variety of tastes.
No. You are not allowed to enter the festival premises with your own food or drinks, except for bottled water.
You will be checked in through the main entrance. You have to show your ID and e-ticket, the you will receive your wristband which serves as a festival pass.
We will scan your e-ticket at the entrance and will redeem it for your own personal wristband.
Entering the festival with the following objects is prohibited: drugs, pyrotechnics devices, glass, striking or cutting tools, umbrellas, explosives, toxic and flammable materials or any other objects that can cause harm to others. According to the laws in force, you are prohibited from bringing the following objects with you: knives, gas sprays, metal chains or any other objects that make public security unsafe.
You can enter the festival premises as many times as you want, as long as you have your wristband.
You can try checking for your lost item at our Checkin/Entrance desk.
Bring it to our Check In Desk and we will try to find its owner.
Yes, the location is easily accessible by car. There is a 15-20 minute drive to the venue from the city centre (The Unirii Square). We also have a dedicated parking lot where you can leave your car free of charge.
There are two ways of getting to the venue using public transportation:
You’ll have to get off at Biserica Inaltarea Domnului and then walk for 4 minutes to the venue.
You can fly to Iași International Airport from many cities in Europe. Please check all the available ones on the official airport website.
